The Support Engineer solves users' issues by phone and maintains the issues database.

As part of our development team. you will have to specify, develop and test new features as well as maintain (bug fix) our current product line.
You would ideally have the following skills :

• 4 years of experience
• C / C++ practice
• OOP and Design Patterns
• Unix and Windows operating systems

One or several following skills would be beneficial :

• Trolltech QT GUI Toolkit
• Networking and System APIs (thread, process, signal/trap, ...)
• Advanced knownledge in 2D graphics programming and algorithms
• XML

As part of our QA team, you will have to prove the quality of our software. To do so, you will have to define, implement and automate tests on our products, and validate each build of our products. You would ideally have the following skills :

• Knowledge in software quality and test development
• Unix and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge in databases and algorithms
• Beginner accepted, but one or two years of experience is preferable.

One or several of the following skills would be beneficial :

• Shell Scripts
• Python

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:

Advanced engineering degree in IT.


English is mandatory. French would be a valuable asset.
